Busy but cozy, Street 51 is a magnet for Expats on the prowl and swarms of Khmer and Vietnamese girls....a few larger bars, a couple of dance places, including Heart of Darkness, Pontoon...and a bunch of hostess bars, usually with a pool table inside and a little seating area out in front, each one with about ten hostess girls, hustling drinks and barfines....
